I remember reading in the Source years ago about how meticulous Nas was on the Illmatic project. They talked about how he turned down hundreds of beats from producers rappers at that time dreamed of working with, but this man had a vision for the classic album and was relentless to get what he wanted. I think it's safe to say that Illmatic lived up to his expectation probably to the level of becoming a curse because although I am a life long Nas fan nothing else came close to this album. Anyway here is a gem for you Nas pre CD era fans out there. It's the EPK for the aforementioned project....enjoy.
